My Background
My training spans business strategy, meditation, and spiritual development. I’ve studied with teachers across disciplines and synthesized what works into a cohesive methodology I call the Bold Arrival Method. I’ve taught this method from state agencies to Oracle Corp. to founders all over the world.
What makes my teaching unique is the integration. I don’t separate soul from strategy, presence from profit, or well-being from growth. The world of work and business is changing. It’s changing because we want more soul in our work. Why This and Why Now
Coaching was my pathway for many years in the beginning and what I began to see is it wasn’t the need for strategy it was the desire to weave authenticity and presence into the work and that requires training. Once that alignment is realized everything else becomes clear. I teach because I’ve seen too many brilliant founders burn out, second-guess themselves, or build businesses that feel misaligned with who they are.
When founders learn to build from the inside out, with alignment, presence, and strategic power, they create businesses that change lives, including their own.
