Do you sit at a desk all day or are you active?  Would you like to know how your spine plays a role in your performance?  The practice of Hatha Yoga can be gentle and yet very powerful.  Discover tools to open the spine, the lungs and the mind for more peace and energy.

As much as this is physical it is soulful.  Yoga is designed to dial in the body, the mind, and the spirit.  It’s a complete strategy and science. This clinic takes in the full scope of who you are and aims to be a guide in an otherwise stressful world.

We focus on back body breathing, releasing compression in the spine, Hatha yoga postures, meditation and relaxation. By the end of the class, you will be linking breath, body and postures offering a strong stabilizing yoga experience.
