Heather will work with you to develop a customized corporate wellness and mentorship plan. This includes on-site visits, custom solutions, and support efforts. Your company will receive a detailed proposal for wellness memberships, on-site classes, and retreats.

Heather offers custom pricing for on-site training based on your company’s specific interests. We typically like to arrange an introductory meeting to gather information and then submit a formal proposal with a rate quote. However, we do offer online programs for quick access and ease given the busy lives of many today.
